• I loved everything about my experience except when I went to make my appointment. I had a gift certificate and there was no place to indicate that on your website, so I had to put down a 50 non-refundable deposit, which is counter intuitive to having a gift certificate. There should be either a box to check for a gift certificate or an exception made for them.
