• Couldn't use my gift card, second time there's been an issue in finding it in their system to use it... I had to pay out of pocket since I didn't have the time to stay as they tried to figure it out, luckily that wasn't a big deal, but what if I hadn't had it?? Wish there was a solution obtained after the first time it couldn't be accessed easily. Also, I've been a customer for years.. I wish someone ever suggested the allure account!
