• I love the facility and services. Lori up front is a God send!!! I however am not a fan of your new nurse Ginnie. She was rather rude and seemed too belittle you as she talked. She was also hateful about your previous nurse and said she did things wrong. She was a little pushy trying to get me to use more xeomin than I preferred but understood my reasoning. She seems to know what she is talking about and I am very happy to give her another chance. She may just work on her customer approach in the future. Otherwise, this facility is the absolute best!!!
