• It would have been a 10 but I scheduled your specials both times and told the booking agent both times. The 1st time, they did not apply it and I was embarrassed to call after and complain, so I didn’t. The 2nd time, they did not have record of my discount and I had to ask and explain it to get it. If I wouldn’t have been paying attention, I wouldn’t have gotten it. I hate talking about money but when you do specials that entice me to come in, would like to get it when I tell them when I book and did both times. There seems to be a glitch in your system, please fix. Thank you for such a beautiful place to go!
