• I went in with a expectation of how I want my hair to be done. The only reason I didn't score 10, because I didn't get exactly what I expected. However, I still think Sam did a great job, and my hair still looks great event not as I expected. I also respect that she went for a second opinion when she felt unsure on my expectation. I definitely will come back again.
