No pressure, but encouragement and hope. Helped me map out a plan of action I can live with. Loved her clarification of "foundation, filler, finish".. Felt like I was talking to a girlfriend, not a "salesman ". She is also knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in her chosen profession and offering the best to her clients.
