Begin is a nice, quiet neighborhood salon that I can conveniently walk to. The owners' (Maria and Danny) level of professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to high standards are extraordinary. I never expected Pilates to make such a big difference in my life, all credit due to my instructor, Kacie Dart. Kacie is the best coach and teacher I have ever had. Her knowledge, demeanor, skill level and teaching style are all top notch. She is in command of her sessions, is friendly and fun to work with, and mature beyond her years. The peaceful environment of the Begin studio and Kacie are a wonderful combination that have dramatically improved my attitude, mindset, posture, mobility and general health, exceeding my expectations.

Kira is amazing: she explains very clearly what I need to do and the corrections that I need to make if I’m not doing something correctly. Also, the atmosphere in the studio doesn’t feel competitive on any level - a refreshing change from many studios/gyms. I have shared my positive experiences with friends and acquaintances.
