  • In two days I've have a massage and Acupuncture and both experiences were relaxing. I was able to focus on the experience and get the most out of them. The practitioners listened to my concerns and met my needs. I especially appreciate the recommendations made by Natalie to help me address the discomfort in my knees and shoulders. She confirmed my need for a more consistent selfcare routine
