• Crystal was attentive, caring and focused. She helped with the trouble spots I shared with her and I walked out feeling lighter. I really couldn't believe how much better I felt after feeling so stiff the past week. The only thing negative to note is that we started a little late but still ended "on time". I understand take-in and clothing removal time counted towards the time but it wasn't that. I wasn't taken in until 7 minutes in to my appointment. Also, I haven't been there since before the pandemic so I was thrown off by the lack of check-in. All good, just wasn't sure what to expect with no one up front. All in all, Crystal provided great service in the time I was given. Thank you!
