• I really like the shop and I have been a customer from the beginning. I don't come that often but when I do I am always pleased. I love the products and the anesthetist usually recommends something new... And gives samples.... This last facial was ok... The women did not say much, she did not communicate anything about what she was doing or using .... She spent wAy too much time massaging my arms when I really wanted a facial . I appreciated the facial massage and felt well hydrated after but was disappointed becAuse she Never told Me what product she used.... The woman was a sub from the queens office .... I willl make sure I ask who will be doing my facial next time . No hard feelings but I was not thrilled
