• Because there's a lot of money that can be spent at a spa and for someone who comes in and does not have a lot of experience with that it's nice to actually feel like someone cares about the questions you're asking. Had a consult last weekend at a place and felt like I was shoved out the door. So Abby was great! Knowledgeable, nice, patient.
