• Well this was my first time getting a wax.I walked in I see this lady in the hallway doing swats she waves and gives me the biggest smile! I explained that to the receptionist that I was a bit nervous she was very friendly and made me feel much better. By the time I met the technician I was relaxed. Her name starts with a G I don't even want to try and mess up her name, that lady took great care of me, she explained everything she did and so engaging. I've already booked my next appointment!

• Rose is excellent, she's thorough and patient. The receptionist is extremely friendly. The facilities are extremely clean (which is so important in the midst of the pandemic). I've never had a bad experience there; intact I live in DC and will only get a wax when I'm here!
