• From the get-go, they were extremely organized and accommodating of me setting up my appointment with them for the first time. The client before me had notified them that they’d be running a little behind; resulting in my appointment being pushed back by 15 minutes. I was texted an hour in advance to be notified about this. I can’t think of any feedback to give, that would have lead to a better experience. I plan to return.

• Amanda is professional and thorough. She explained everything very well and ensured I understood. She spent as much time on the prep work preparing for the procedure -- making sure everything was perfect -- as she did for the procedure. She told me what to expect in the two weeks after and provided a cute infographic to manage expectations and emotions during the process. I love the finished product and would highly, highly recommend Amanda for a microblading procedure.
