• Been going to beauty rewind for years - seeing Gen at the downtown location . Went to the Sherwood park location for the first time this weekend to see Stephanie who I loved and was adorable . I felt really taken care of. The front reception could have been warmer - felt a bit cold. She never asked my name ( guess she knew who I was based on appointment time ) . Downtown location I was always greeted by name and asked if I needed a coffee or tea or water - didn't feel super welcome
