• From being greeted when I came in, to having my treatment with Naomi, my experience was amazing. Very professional, friendly and kind. The spa was immaculate and very clean. Naomi took the time to explain my treatment to me in great detail. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Naomi put me at ease, made me feel very comfortable and was genuinely concerned about how I was doing throughout the entire process. The girls even stayed lateso I would be able to finish my treatment. I felt like I was being very well cared for as soon as I walked in until I left. I would happily recommend this Spa and will be back for more. Thx

• The appointment coordinator, I think her name is Maggie, was super polite, patient. Also, Elizabeth, who performed my service, explained the service completely and, she also thoroughly explained what I should expect afterwards so I was completely prepared with after effects and didn't need to worry once Iwas home. The office and procedure rooms were super friendly, clean, and welcoming. I felt completely at ease the entire visit!
