service was EXCELLENT. fit me in to 2 appointments on Monday when I messed up and didn't even have confirmed appointments. both ladies were very professional, sweet, relatable and very patient. They both took the time to explain what they were doing, made me feel very comfortable and answered all my silly questions without judging. both were very gentle with procedures and super kind.... made the time there enjoyable and makes you want to return. service was prompt, no waiting around or people running late
