The clinic was very clean, the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable during my visit and during my appointment. My injector, Stephanie, was highly skilled and trained in her application of the services I received and I am very happy with the outcome. She was competent, confident and very knowledgeable, she listened to my needs and gave me valuable information, recommendations and advice with regards to services and she was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I also valued her honesty when I asked about a specific service and she told me she told me she would not recommend it based on my features and what would be more beneficial for me instead. This shows integrity and I greatly appreciated that information and I felt like she cared and was looking out for my best interests and I felt I could trust her and the staff more at Beauty Rewind in comparison to other places that would not have told me the same information, whose main interest would be my money. This is not the case at Beauty Rewind and it has the advantage over other clinics for this reason and I feel genuinely cared for and I'm looked at as a person and not as an opportunity to make money which I value. I feel like I am looked at on an individual basis based on my needs and wants and as a valued customer at Beauty Rewind. Overall I felt very cared for and valued as a client and I am satisfied with the experience and the outcome of the service I received. I recommend this place to my friends and family and will continue to receive services at Beauty Rewind.
