The staff are friendly. I felt like Gen did not rush in doing the delicate procedure. She thoroughly explain and addressed my concerns and questions and offered herself available or the staff to call if anything goes wrong. She seems to calm my nerves and made me feel comfortable throughout. Also the staff who took time to call me for any cancellations😉
