I guess I am thankful for a free consult. Trinity was awesome, polite and very knowledgeable. The reason for my 9 is not dissatisfaction I never give perfect. But my consult was booked and confirmed by text for 11:45. My call from Trinity was 12:10, and I think only because I called in. I will be booking soon so my 9 is only about a booked appointment. Thanks.
