• Madi is so wonderful and my skin looks and feels better after every facial. This is my favourite stress-busting treat! Madi is very friendly and incredibly skilled as an aesthetician. I have very sensitive skin but I trust her completely. The only thing I would suggest is more information to be clear regarding the membership program. I joined the Lab Insider membership and every time I come in, the information is a bit different from each staff member. I feel like this should be very clear for all of the staff and your clients so there isn't any confusion. For instance, I had to explain that I get one treatment every other month, but shouldn't that maybe be clearly indicated on my account in your computer system? Also, I did not receive any sort of email confirmation or explanation of what the membership is when I signed up (even though I receive emails regarding every appointment, before and after). I emailed and phoned to ask questions about the membership, but I didn't get any answers. This is not a criticism of Madi or any of the staff--just in general, I would suggest the membership be a bit more clearly outlined so all appointments/payments go a bit more smoothly (and so staff feel confident in explaining how it works!). 🙂 Thank you for your amazing services, I'm so glad I found this place!
