• Maddy is so wonderful and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found her! I feel so relaxed after every appointment and my skin looks and feels great. My only suggestion (not to Maddy but to your business) is to make the membership program more clear to your front desk staff (and to clients). I have the lab insider membership which I pay for monthly and I have to explain every time I leave an appointment that I get one service every other month with this membership. This should appear in your computer system automatically as “paid via membership” (and the app or via email so it’s visible to me too). It’s not a big deal as the treatments are so wonderful but those of us paying for a monthly subscription shouldn’t have to explain why we don’t have to pay at the end of an appointment (it’s a bit awkward!). :) Thank you for offering this membership though, I’m really enjoying it!
