Made an appointment for a hair cut and with no notice or communication found out they randomly closed. Probably for the best

This woman is at a conflict of interest getting people she either works with or family to flush out all her negative reviews from her botch cut. Yoou should be ASHAMED of yourself. You have complaints that go as far back as 3 years ago and as recently (minus the botch cut) 1 month ago! AND AGAIN she did the same thing with those. YOU DESERVE YOUR LOW REVIEWS.

The owner Completely botched and ruined a young girls hair and charged A RIDICULOUS amount of money to do so. When you were contacted (melissa "owner of this horrible establishment") refused to refund. Obviously when such a horrible job is done she will not come back to the one who ruined her hair. What a scam artist. SHUT YOUR DOORS

My hair ended up with an orange tinge. I wouldn't go back to get it fixed because it's my hair and I wasn't going to give them another shot at it. Sorry - you were nice (more expensive than my usual spot that doesn't give me orange hair - even with a bunch of discounts) but like I said I have no confidence in a place that charged top dollar and gave me orange hair. Thank goodness my esthetician daughter had toner that got it almost back to a normal colour.

Over priced services, they charge by the hour and just charges me 170 dollars for highlights and a "free" haircut.
left there feeling taken advantage of.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. They charged me $215 for a toner at first? When called to complain and the owner (Melissa) who is very rude said she over charged me... She then refunded me my money but my toner was still $110, no cute or any other services. I called the high end hair salons around in simcoe country and none of them charge over $50 for toner. This was ridiculous and ill never go back. There prices are crazy and they are not considered a high end salon.

I went to this place due to a Groupon I purchased. The girls Marisa and Christine were very friendly. I was getting a pedicure done. What a mistake. The pedicure tools were not clean. They had a hard time just getting my shellac polish off. I should have known then.
I stayed and let them finish but would never return. I will go back to my regular spa, where I have never had an issue.
Sorry for the poor review but you get what you pay for !!

I wish I had read the reviews below prior to attending! So maybe this will help someone else! Do not attend for a pedicure or manicure here! Instruments and equipment suspect not clean. We soaked our feet in the equivalent of a big stainless steel salad bowl. I had shellac on toenails it was removed roughly with some sort of object that caused me to be cut and bleed on four separate digits at which point a rock salt substance was rubbed all over my feet into the abrasions and cuts. They did something with my toe that is causing me so much pain when I run that I may lose the nail. We upgraded from the groupon to shellac which was an additional $23 on top of the groupon and half my nails were not completely covered in polish. My daughters peeled off before we got home. We had to share the same technician she went back and forth the whole time telling us how pressed for time she was because another employee had to go the hospital for collitus. I mean why did we stay? Because we had paid for it and hoped it would get better and we were stuck as we had an event to attend. We ended going to our regular place Galaxy Nails and having a redo a proper redo! These ladies are not educated or equipped for esthetics DO NOT GO HERE! I should of realized when to pick your color you had to open unlabelled bottles to see what the color was and choose this way......I mean a lot of this is on me for staying after that.....

Not worth the money, I got my eyelashes done and last me for a week, I called them and they excuse themself that the glue maybe wasn't for me and refers me to another place instead on making them self responsable, also is expensive compare to the other places that do the eyelash extensions
