• Taylor, the gal at the front desk, called to tell me that there was a call out and myself and my mother had to reschedule. I pushed her stating that I needed to get myself and my mom all "prettied" up for a surprise family visit and I was basically unavailable at the times she offered. My mom wasn't either. Taylor called me back and worked us in immediately. The owner of the salon actually took care of the work we needed done. Taylor, Victoria and Cole (hair stylist) actually made it happen! They treated my mother and I like we were the only ones that mattered. They were all friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I love a person who has their act together in life!
