Excellent! Clean, efficient. I was hesitant because I usually go to another place but the technician there was on vacation. I will be staying with Ida. She used to work for a plastic surgeon which was very comforting. Clearly knew what she was doing. I didn't feel like she was "practicing " on me. Also I was able to get same day appointment-

This place permanently closed out of the blue and the owners didn't have the small shred decency toward their clients to inform them.
I had 20 units and a 130$ gift card that is no longer useful. Luckily the new owners that opened Awaken medical aesthetics did allow me to redeem the 20 units.
Pure disgust for this place

The Lexington location used to be amazing and my go to for Botox and fillers. Diego was a true artist and I always left looking and feeling great. He understood that one of my eyebrow muscles was stronger than the other and would need more units.

Sadly when Diego left the place went downhill fast. I should have seen the red flags as the person who replaced Diego was injected with so many fillers she looked fake. In addition to her harsh look, she told me that I would need to go from my usual 60 units to at least 80, but then to add to the chaos she said I didnt need more units in my stronger brow. Additionally, they had "run out" of botox and she would have use a different injectible.

The end result was terrible, expensive and I left feeling swindled.

I was going here in the Peabody location until they shut down and let me know two days before my appt. I cannot go to Lexington location so I requested a refund for my remaining sessions. I have called for two months now and all they have said was that Jessica would be calling me back. I have no heard a peep. This is beyond unprofessional as they are holding my money without any warning. They told me to contact my bank for refund which i was appalled. I have called the bank and they let me know they cannot do that, but will help me take further action. This place so was great until it wasn't. Will never recommend, especially when they are playing with peoples money. Unreal and disgusted.

I had good service at their spa until recently they decided to close the Peabody location without warning to clients. I bought a package in December (where they can see what spa I attend) no heads up. I go for my appointment in January and the building was closed and I was told I was supposed to be at the Lexington location! I have never gone to Lexington and I was I booked there without being told. The place didn't just decide to close in 4 weeks- you know for months you're not going to renew a lease. Now I've been on a "list" for over two weeks of clients wanting a refund. Maybe the list wouldn't be so long if they educated clients before new packages were bought!

I bought a Groupon for LHR and was so nervous at first to use a Groupon for this process, but couldn't beat the savings. The Lexington location is absolutely beautiful and serene. The people who work in there are professional but also very relatable. I am so impressed with the customer service. Was thrilled to get a call a couple days after the service from a manager to make sure I was happy. Truly a wonderful place, through and through. Can't recommend them enough and look forward to returning for other treatments in the future. Thank you!!!

am very very disappointed with under the eye PRP. there have been a few incidents happened during my treatments. The way they handle my cases made me losing trust in them.

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. About a month ago, I had a hydrafacial at Aspire Wellesley. It was fantastic- the esthetician really spent time on the extraction portion of the treatment, and I came out clean, hydrated, and glowing. I could t wait to go back.

I scheduled my next hydrafacial at Aspire Lexington, and my experience was very poor. I explained to the esthetician that I was primarily interested in extractions. However, she spent about 5 minutes on extractions, breezing through it quickly before continuing on to skincare. The most important part of the hydrafacial, in my opinion, was rushed. When I left, my face was not hydrated or glowing. When I got home, I saw that 70% of my blackheads had been missed.

I scheduled the hydrafacial on my birthday as a special treat. I took the afternoon off work to drive the 30 minutes to Lexington. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time and my money.

To make matters worse, the esthetician also spent the entire time trying to upsell me on this treatment and that. Here is a tip: if you want to upsell a customer, start by doing a great job on the treatment they came in for.

Found out about this place on Groupon, and went in for a hydrafacial that I purchased from there. The deal was for $149, but there was also a discount code, so I got it for $119 - quite a steal!

The salon was very clean and the staff was professional. Nina (Janaina) did my facial. She was very nice and gentle, and I especially liked that she explained each step as she was doing it.

This facial is not your typical relaxing spa facial, although it is totally painless. I had always been curious about hydrafacial so this was a good opportunity to try. My skin is in pretty decent shape (some blackheads/congestion) so I was excited to see how this would help. To be totally honest, I didn't see much of a difference in my skin. On the first day, my skin was very glowy and moisturized, but I didn't notice anything in particular in the following days, as some others have mentioned.

I'm glad I tried out this service, but it's not something I would do regularly. Would definitely check out this salon again though for another service if needed.

It's been a few years that I've been going to Aspire. I have to say, just when I couldn't love them more, I do.
For filler and Botox Diego works wonders and is a true professional. He always leads me in the right direction and never lets me over do it.
The people who work there are experts and unbelievably kind and welcoming.

I would give them 6 stars if Yelp would let me.
