• I had a full spa day and really enjoyed my time at Beau DTC. Serenity was very professional and communicative about the scrub & massage process and I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. Anita performed my facial and was very informative and gentle. The relaxation carried over from the body treatments to the facial, beautifully. I enjoyed the setting for my lunch and the lunch itself. Lori was available for anything I needed and I felt very pampered. My pedicure felt rushed. During the pedicure I was told by the tech that my dip removal wasn't on her docket. When I stated that I called to make sure it was on my itinerary and that it was in fact on the list provided at my check in time, she said she'd have to check on it. Apparently she learned that my info was correct and moved me to the nail station. She had me soak and scrub, and eventually gave up on getting all the previous dip off, leaving me with some lumpy nails. I felt that my dip nails were keeping her from getting home, or to another client or something. I understand that there is a schedule to be adhered to and that dip removal can be a hassle but I also understood it to be a non-issue when I called prior to my appointment. If I had known it would be a rush job, I would have just skipped that part of the package. Overall, I had a lovely day and look forward to returning. Thank you
