It's nice to go to a nail salon that's waiting area is decorated like a homey family room. The actual manicure/pedicure salon are separated from the waiting area. Reception welcomes you and your tech notified by text. The tech ushers you towards the work area & offers refreshments The entire process is relaxing & calm. I will NEVER go back to the more common chaotic salon.
