• The front desk welcome, the massage chairs and most of all, Hannah. She's laser focused and quiet. I appreciate that. And she remembers details (i.e., I don't care for the 'quick dry' polishes and when I was selecting a color, she had already pulled the swatches so I wouldn't even see them). Little things mean a lot.
