• Loti went above and beyond to work with me. I applied for my appointment online and when I arrived I was not in the system. Both the reception staff and a Lori made sure to fit me in right on the spot! Great customer service from these two but especially Lori. She explained everything she was doing during the facial, answered all my technical questions
