• I left an important paper in my room after checkout. I realized it on my way home, so I called and Alex said housekeeping would check and return via post. A few hours later, he called me to confirm they found it and would send it by mail the next day. Thank you for going above and beyond!

• Atmosphere very conducive to relaxation. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Facilities were clean, organized, and soothing. Massage was excellent. Facial was a little too gentle. Pedicure room was a bit stuffy and not as relaxing because Too much talking for me. Overall I had a terrific experience and felt pampered and would definitely come back!!
