His shaping has made it easier to grow my hair a bit longer in a way that's exceptionally manageable, accommodating to my lifestyle and arthritic hands. He's extremely pleasant, considerate and pays attention to my preferences - e.g., for not excessive use of finishing product or too much puffiness in the finished look.
