Talked my husband into joining me a couple of years ago following an injury I had. He embraced it and absolutely love it. We are members to this day simply based on ownership and the studio within itself. I would highly recommend to anyone and certainly do all the time.

I have been so impressed with both the knowledge and kindness of each instructor. The studio makes yoga accessible for everyone and helps each person reach their individual goals.
Caroline's Yin Yang class is perfect. Just the right amount of flow, stretch and challenge. The 10:30 a.m. class is a favorite.
Instruction, class size and location fit my preferences.
I really enjoy the space, the instructors, and all of the classes. I find that someone is always willing to help me learn more.
