Small intimate location
Love the space, the small size class and the teacher was very helpful. Would maybe recommend opening up the doors a little more for a breeze
I really enjoyed the casual environment combined with a down to earth practice where options were suggested based on level and timing for each exercise was indicated and visited during the process so that i could adjust my speed and intensity for myself
The class was individualized and it was a clean and cozy environment.
