• Personable & caring staff &feel welcome when I come in for my services. I do not care for booking through the bot by text. I usually end up calling or request a call back because the bot can not book multiple appointments & I often like to book multiple services in one visit. It gets frustrating answering to the bot. It's much easier if there is live staff answering the text
