• I love Beach City Cryo. I’ve been going there for nearly 4 years now. I prefer the sauna in room one; however, the last couple of times I went, all the panels weren’t working. I didn’t say anything before because it still got up to 150°, but the last time, several more panels weren’t working, including the floor panel and two of the sides. The sauna never got up to 150° and only reached 136° the whole time. I didn’t even start sweating until the last five minutes I was in there. I’m still giving you guys a 10 because I think you have the best value for the price in the area, and I love being a client there. I just really want you to get that fixed. Thanks. Jason
