I choose a 10 because Sarah is very good at making sure we all get into the positions even if it is a version of the one she is asking us to do to achieve the right muscle stretch. She is very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable.
Comfortable and relaxing experience
It was such an emotional experience that I absolutely needed in my life and makes me want to start putting myself first so I can be the best version of myself so I can give my children the life the deserve to have. I haved missed yoga from Be Yoga Studios, it's the most relaxing feel good experience to have!! Love it so muchand happy to be back!!
