Clean, safe environment. Great instructors that are friendly and passionate about yoga. The openness and flexibility to adjust the workouts according to the individuals' needs.
We are very blessed by the staff at be yoga. Friendly and very helpful. From the beginning we never felt intimated by not being able to do all the poses and were told how to do an alternate pose if needed. I have a complex tear of the meniscus and they gave me props to help in poses. My husband has sciatic and they stayed after class to show him how to use the massage balls and stretches to help. Always willing to go above and beyond what they need to. We would highly recommend and feel comfortable giving a 10.
