Sarah is the best instructor that I have come into contact with. Her classes always have a natural flow and she intuitively knows how to meet the needs of participants at various levels of ability. Sarah also has a calm but confident tone when directing our movements that is always motivating.
We felt very welcomed and comfortable esp.because we had never been to a yoga study or done yoga. Sarah is awesome we really enjoyed it. I think my sister wants to start now too.
