• I was waiting for quite awhile because the person I was scheduled with was running late (after she had to cancel days before for getting sick), so another person thankfully decided to accommodate me so I wasn't waiting any longer. I specifically scheduled my time to ensure I wouldn't get stuck in "Boeing Traffic". So it was unnerving and had me walking into the room irritated. Though my facial was wonderful, she had GREAT energy and good touch/flow so I know I ended up with who I was supposed to see. Still was not happy about the hiccup with timing and then getting stuck in traffic. Place is clean, love the vibe and they're very catering.

• The treatment I was given by Marissa ? Was done with great care & she answered all my questions. - even though I was just a "groupon" customer. The products you sell are high priced but also of very high quality & well reviewed online. I recently moved to Mukilteo & I'm so lucky you are so close to my home! I will definitely be back!
