• Ian made the visit. He listed to how I I was holding my newborn and exercising. In the moment, tailored his message. He precisely target muscles and always applied just enough pressure. He really manipulated my body to get deep into the muscle, and the results were very effective. I will absolutely go back and visit him again. In addition, his explanations about what he was doing were very understandable.
