Awesome atmosphere, love the words-used by /style of the instructor, aesthetically pleasing
Although it was a core-focused class, I was a little surprised at how much it varied from the Baptiste flow and felt more "exercisey" than most classes at the studio (more like something I've experienced at studios like Bulldog). I think I expected the regular flow with more core work incorporated into it, so maybe my expectations were just off. Julie, I'm happy to go into more detail if you want to chat!

Instructors are personable and friendly, cool scented lavender towels at end are such a compassionate touch, great location, good parking, and studio is very clean with a good energy to it
