I love dee's yin class so much she is wonderful at mind body and spirit care I feel like a new person every time I take her class and spiritually it's off the charts how she always has the perfect thought or reading I feel like we connect on so many levels

Class schedule, studio and instructors are really great.. the room brightness and mirror are a bit too much during practice and one creative flow class option would be nice
