She made me feel comfortable even though I only attend BCB about 2 times a year, and my hair was in rough shape when I walked through the door! She is an excellent conversationalist-I am more introverted and do not like when someone makes small talk for 4 hrs, it drains me! She found the right balance with me. I left the salon feeling beautiful, confident, and energized. I had no idea my hair could look like this, and now I look forward to going to the salon because it is a relaxing experience.
