• Natalie is friendly and welcoming...ask questions and is genuinely concerned about how I wanted my cut and style...remembers specifics about my haircut...keeps notes...really addressed the disatisfied experience I had with my cut from another stylist...I really feel like I am taken care of by Natalie and would be very loyal to Natalie and Chopping Block. Natalie also keeps more regular schedule and communicates her time off...trying to figure out Ashley's schedule was a roll of the dice. Thank you for asking.
