• you guys are amazing.. really, I love coming to the gym and I love supporting you. I promote you whenever possible, I wish you made you're own dirt water because I sold the entire sales team on it! The only negative for me is I have a really hard time getting up at 5:40 when I got to bed at 11 but i'm working on it.

• As an educator, I'm always looking for coaches that are skilled in teaching and are capable of individualizing both instruction and skills. The coaches at Basis are all excellent at this. Paired with their passion and knowledge (and ongoing education) I have no reason to ever look for another gym. I know they will keep me safe while also pushing me just the right amount. To be able to go to a gym like this and have it be fun is such a gift- I'm grateful they are in Chico.
