• I expect most gyms to be like over-active Labrador puppies that are in your face, excited and high energy. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Basis was like the agile senior Border Collie that is friendly, deliberate and reserves in energy to be efficient and purposeful. It's a kind of wisdom i didn't think existed in gym culture. Looking forward to returning soon.

• When I first arrived I was greeted very professionally and felt very welcomed. Then he proceeded to help me through the check in process and where I could set my things. As well where I would be going and when for the class. The class instruction was great. I could always see an example of what to do and could always hear what he was saying. It was also fun and challenging throughout the whole 75 minutes we were always doing something!
