• Nicole communicated with me very clearly with rebooking my appointment when she wasn't available. Tom is an excellent provider and helped me figure out why I was having pain. He has a nice firm touch that helped relax my really tight hamstrings. He also offered some suggestions to prevent the tightness in the future in addition to massage.
