Aksel (my son) experienced immediate improvements in pitching and hitting sessions... He described the new form on his fastball as being "whippier" with less strain. He liked the adjustments to his curveball form and said it felt better on his arm when he threw the curve than it did in the past. In batting he felt like his legs got more activated in the swing process and that overall he felt more in control and balanced. First lessons, yet big positive changes made.
