• Janet is a fabulous instructor about proper technique and form to prevent injury and correct alignment! She provides guided instruction in the exercises and a lot of personalized encouragement as she reaches the shake zone with us. It's a TOUGH kick-ass workout designed to reshape your glutes which she makes fun, but it's not about pushing through the pain, she cares about what you can do. She's Excellent!!!
