The instructor was very friendly and attentive to the students in the class. She assisted in correcting positions. Room was clean. AC was appropriate for my sweaty body!! Relaxing environment and a great workout. Sore!!

I love the smell of the studio, I love the energy of the instructors, the instructors make me feel welcomed and they encourage me to try my hardest. Megan, the owner, is fantastic, she is receptive to feedback and really wants her clients to feel good.
