At Denver Barre Collective, we infuse the core principles of barre into all our classes, blending grace with strength and balance. Our diverse class offerings cater to various intensity levels, muscle-burning goals, and cardio needs. Whether you're seeking an invigorating workout or a mindful session, our inclusive community welcomes all. Join us to experience the power of mind-body transformation.

Barre

Our studio's definitive Barre workout. Experience classic dance movements and positions drawn from ballet, yoga, and pilates. Emphasis on small pulsing, form, alignment, and core engagement. Define your body by contracting specific and targeted sets of muscles.

Jump

45-minute calorie shredding workout incorporating weights and compound exercises while using JumpSport rebounders! This class is designed for all fitness levels, challenging enough for advanced exercisers and fluid for beginners.

Sculpt

Sculpt is a high-intensity class that employs a mix of weights, body weight, cardio, and full-range movements that will target your entire body. Our kick-ass barre moves will tone the rest!

Sweat

Our studio's classic barre class that includes dance movements and positions incorporated with cardio up-level options. This class offers an extra calorie burn that will leave your body toned & tight with a new sense of accomplishment. Like to burn? You'll love this class!

Often, we hold specialty classes that you’ll see on the weekly schedule as well as private class offerings. Learn more below.

  • This is our classic 40-minute barre class combined with a 20-minute stretch/breath session. Stretching can improve joint movement, enable muscles to work to full capacity, and decrease the risk of injury. Each week you will focus on specific stretching and releases for the ultimate full-body experience.

  • Perform a series of boxing punches & combos. Alternating rounds of boxing with traditional strength exercises and classic barre choreographed to music. Boxing is a muscle-strengthening activity specifically targeting the core, arms, and lower body. Plan to leave feeling empowered and rejuvenated!

  • We host Friday happy hour classes every other Friday of the month. With a membership you can bring a friend free and enjoy a themed workout!

  • Interested in renting out our studio for a private class? We offer studio rentals at $250. This includes instructor of your choice (upon request), and use of the studio after for celebrating with your crew!
